The Situation:
Motivate prospective CCRC residents who have put moves on hold due to stalled economy.
The Solution:
Integrated online/offline marketing campaign that spoke directly to the benefits of retirement living. Print ads and targeted direct mail featured Real Residents Real Stories. Testimonials introduced three Westminster residents including a beagle (and her owner). Each piece drove to a landing page which encouraged visitors to register for a newsletter and sign up for a lunch event.
The Results:
An increase of 267% in eLeads from that time window the previous year. Event attendance also increased.
